Paul Leafgreen was arrested in Tarrant County, Texas on October 2, 2025 and charged with possession of child sexual abuse material. Leafgreen is a math professor at The University of Texas at Arlington. Yesterday, the UTA website showed he was still listed on staff.
CBS Texas reported today that Leafgreen has been placed on leave.
Leafgreen’s Facebook profile lists his previous places of employment in Texas as a math teacher: Eastern Hills High School in Fort Worth, L.D. Bell High School in Hurst, and Southlake Carroll Senior High School in Southlake.
